An Introduction...

More than 2 decades ago, a young Chartered Accountant took an irreversible decision to step confidently into the challenging world of accounting professionals. Naren was 27 years old. His youth notwithstanding, he had a vision - to be the head of a large, dynamic, flourishing and progressive CA firm. And he believed he had the tools to make his dream a reality-specialized knowledge, good interpersonal and communication skills, effective leadership traits, patience and perseverance, a passion for excellence and, most importantly, confidence and unflinching desire to serve and satisfy the diverse needs of every client, while being uncompromising in the maintenance of the highest standards of business ethics.
Naren & Co. ( N & Co.) is, in fact, young Naren's dream come true. Naren has over the years, forged a close-knit and totally committed team of qualified and semi-qualified staff who have together earned the firm the excellent reputation it today enjoys. We proudly state that we have come a long way since we commenced operations in 1987. But, we have yet a long way to go. A foray into the world of international outsourcing and other allied avenues of expansion is a very distinct and proximate possibility. Naren & Co caters to many national & international corporate clients for Various professional assignments. The senior C A, Mr Naren M Madlani is mainly concentrating in the field of International Taxation & Foreign Exchange Management Act,1999.He has also co-authored a Book "Referencer to FEMA" published by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.
He is also actively engaged with Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society (BCAS) as a convener of FEMA Study Circle .He also delivers lectures in various professional organizations on the subjects of FEMA & International Taxation.
